My visit to Cayuga Pain Management was troubling from the start. The front desk receptionist offered a cold disingenuous greeting and vague directions—no effort to create a welcoming or clear experience. At the intake window, I expected better. Instead, the woman checking me in was eating at the desk and on what sounded like a personal call, repeatedly asking, “Who’s going to be there?” while I stood waiting just a few feet away. The doctors nurses and office staff are the best that I’ve encountered at cmc…absolutely the best!
I've been going here 13 years now, after a work accident that left me in very bad shape. The doctors and nurses here are top tier. They listen, help, and are compassionate. They talk to you like friends not patients.
