If I could give a negative star rating I would. I have nothing to say about Dr. Tadlock (You hardly ever seen him at the office) but his front office staff and office manager are appalling! Phone calls to the office staff are a nightmare. If you ever need to talk to the doctor or the PA don't count on it. Front office staff with snarky attitudes field all their calls and treat you like dirt. I'm speaking from my own experience AND my disabled parents' experience. The doctors were great. However, the billing dept. is horrible. I've had issues with them for the past month now. I try to call and nobody answers the phone and I call during business hours and now I can't even leave a message because their voicemail is full. How is a person supposed to get a hold of them? They also.screwed up with my insurance company. I've gotten three bills in the last two weeks after I called to figure it out. I am very unsatisfied with their service as far as their billing goes. Dr. Charles Tadlock and staff do a very good job taking care of me. If you are in a great deal of pain they will go out of thier way to make shure one is comfortable. I recommend him as well as his nurses and assistants to take care of all your needs. Thanks Dr. Tadlock
