Paid for my medical records on August 8th 2020 STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM call the office and get the SAME REPLY that they will get back to me . They must be hiding something . Am NOT giving up. Am Never going back. If I could I would give them NOOOOOO stars
I came in for consult on mini neck lift. My surgery would include 2 incisions, behind ear & front of ear. The day of surgery, Dc Bethany forgot to do behind the ear incision. At 2 week, i asked, why wasn't my neck lifted. Doctor said, " You didn't need it." So I went back for my 6 week and i tell her this neck lift, did nothing for my neck? Doctor said, " We will do a redo." The price quoted for the redo was the same price as original. After i complained staff said we will check with accounting on a better price?? Dr. Cataldi was great, however I and my insurance were billed for services I dont believe were performed and were never discussed. This resulted in a large unexpected bill... The office staff was less then helpfull and rude when I called to discuss it.
