I suffered from so much ankle pain and swelling for many years. After getting ankle fusion from Dr. Stephenson, my life has changed with new leg. It has been about 6 months, and I can enjoy gardening and walking my dog again. Dr. Stephenson is the best doctor I’ve ever met. His PA was very informative and sweet throughout the whole process. This my second surgery on my second foot in 13 years. Great experience both times. Dr. Stephenson and crew(Amy and Brian) are on the top of their game. Appointment scheduling, communication, and information is top notch. Never would I think about going somewhere else.
The doctor was great, but dealing with the head billing lady has been extremely frustrating. I called multiple times trying to make a payment and could never get a response back. She did call me one time but I wasn’t available. This all happened months ago, really closer to a year ago and they stopped sending statements, so I honestly forgot about the small balance. TCOS is an amazing Clinic from start to finish. Dr. Stephenson is amazing as well as Hayden, Bryan, Tish and the rest of the staff. I have been totally blessed to travel from Amarillo to get such amazing and caring treatment.
