My first experience was with the receptionist Rachel. Very poor phone etiquette, harsh and came off short and rude. Very unwelcoming and unfriendly. I'm hopeful my appointment experience will be better.
The doctor was great! Trying to get past receptionist re: transfer of info to another doctor, for even the basic of info, almost takes an act of Congress! Get over yourself, Missy...I work in healthcare and am very much aware of the rules. You...were very unwilling to even try to help!!
Excellent customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that take time to make sure the patient is comfortable and at ease every step along the way. Highly recommend!
I want to give a big shout out and thank you to Debbie MEUS ER. I was preparing to have carpal tunnel release surgery and was very inexperienced in paperwork that would be required to be filled out. I initially turned in my FMLA paperwork but due to my error I did not let her know I needed it for intermittent leave and so I had to return back to Miss Debbie and explain what had happened. My wife and I both went to the Bone and Joint Specialist and saw Dr. Larson and W. Alex Bruening, PAC. We received excellent care and would highly recommend them to anyone. James W. Larson III, MD repaired my torn tendons in my Right Rotator cup due to damage in a motorcycle accident. and was very detailed in his explanation both before and after the operation. My wife had a broken bone in her foot and they were very helpful and through in their explanation of care.
