My first time here was fantastic. I have to put 1 star after my 2nd visit. I was told to return for another procedure, but instead I ended up doing another evaluation. I was then sent back and forth then told I would need to schedule an appointment for some kind of special advanced care, which they specifically told me I didn't need during the first visit. Great staff and doctors. Wait times can range an hour to 2 hours even with a scheduled appointment. They do lots of add ons per staff so be prepared to wait sometimes past your appointment time.
I would like to thank Irina Orlova for treating my teeth so well. She was very professional and attentive throughout the whole process, which made me feel comfortable and confident in her care.I would also like to praise her instructors for teaching her so well—their guidance is clearly reflected in the quality of her work.
