The absolute worst office staff which is unfortunate because Dr Stone was great. It was a nightmare making the initial appointment (first red flag), it took me 2mths to get an appointment. The day before my daughter’s surgery they claimed not to have any of my information on her chart, mind you I am the one who took her to the initial appointment as well as the provider of insurance (second red flag). They gave me the run around for over a year scheduling the same appointment more than once which cost a lot and then told me they couldn't help me with what I needed. Please don't come here if you need anything serious done, they cant help you!
The staff in person were so kind and friendly, anyone I spoke to over the phone was quite rude and not very helpful. I told them over the phone that the ER let me know I had an infected wisdom tooth, I am a type one diabetic so this put me into DKA which is life threatening. They only had an appointment a week away. I went in April to have my wisdom teeth removed, the surgery process was easy and well done.
