Dr. Staples and his team were amazing. I needed a tooth pulled the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and they were they only office that was willing to work me in. They did a wonderful job. Everyone was professional and friendly to both me and my sister. Thank you so much!
So thankful for Dr. Staples and the lead administrator Angela Richard for taking such great care of my seven year old granddaughter with a dental emergency. The level of care shown to us during this process was prompt, courteous, caring, expeditious and most of all respectful to our immediate need. And again, thanks so much!!
I was referred to this facility yesterday by my dentist to have three of my wisdom teeth removed. She sent over the referral yesterday which was February 29 at 11 AM. I’ve been calling and calling for some reason nobody ever answered the phone. It rings and goes to voicemail. I can’t get through to anyone to make an appointment. I’m in excruciating pain for those who have had service at this facility. I was nervous when I arrived, but Dr. Staples performed the removal of four broken teeth that was deeply embedded in my gum. Post surgery I fully recovered with minimal discomfort. I would highly recommend his services.
I give Dr. Staples 3 stars for an excellent job. However his front staff is very rude, not patient, and you can’t get in touch with the office via phone. My daughter had her surgery 1/4/24 in which she has been having complications. I have called every day since. I have left about 5 voicemails. And even emailed them. No response at all. I even tried to contact the other office on Poplar and was sent to the same voicemail of Leanne Lewis. She/they have failed to return any calls or emails.
