Went in today for a consult for my 16 y/o with Dr Scott. My daughters dentist had been suggesting we go for a consult for the one wisdom tooth she has. I had zero plans of actually scheduling her surgery today. Couple of things, front staff were friendly and courteous. Dr Scott came in with a hello and got right to his plan of action and then to show me a picture of her sinuses to tell me theres always a risk that could be messed up in the process, but that the risk was low. My experience with this office has been great in Evans, Ga and in Grovetown, Ga. My doctor was Dr Huffman very nice provider and he makes sure you understand everything and I have had 2 visits with him and even some of my family members have as well and I would like to say he is Awesome!!!!
Great patient care and knowledge to deal with my dental issues. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled and now I'm set for the implant. Friendly staff and Dr. O'Neal is excellent!
I was highly dissatisfied with Dr. Scott's bedside manner. I went to the consultation ($90) for literally a 1 min evaluation for wisdom teeth extraction. I spent more time with the finance clerk. The day of my surgery, he was late returning from lunch. I was extremely nervous as I waited because I have never been put to sleep for a procedure before...my heart rate was through the roof. Dr. Trotter and team are amazing. “Badass” is what I think I told them are I woke up but I can’t remember, lol!!! I had a fractured root canal removed yesterday and the experience was great. Check in was smooth, pre-op (vitals and IV) went well. She got the IV on the first stick, which is always a plus. The surgery took about 20 or so minutes. I didn’t feel groggy or “out of my mind” from the anesthesia so no YouTube videos of me!! Honestly, I haven’t had any pain and very little swelling. There was some bleeding afterwards ... read more
