Instead of Dr. Carnahan owing up to her mistake, she slanderized me to Dr. Reynolds who put a clause, No former Banner patients to cover for her error. The Director barred me from all the Doctors due to their inefficient staff who are unprofessional and use excuses to exclude patients. They are private so be prepared to cover additional costs.
