I have VA and Medicare. They said my VA referral was not received by fax 2 times. I sent it by email and they called me the next day and I told them where to get my medical records, 2 week runaround on the referral. Called week later, said my medical records were in. Called another week later told records not in and ordered the day after I called last. Called medical records and they said no one has requested them. I requested them to be sent. 2 weeks runaround. 3 weeks latter called for scheduling, scheduler not available,... read more

Over 8 yrs and 2 issues Dr Noland has been a most thorough and friendly doctor and have appreciated his professional and courteaous demeanor. His down to earth explanations and options was quite engaging. His support staff seemed to appreciate his leadership in the back lines. I strongly recommend Dr Noland for applicable services....oh and he plays electric guitar.....

Discrimination at the level of urgency. Was put on a serious side effect drug. Instead of Dr. Carnahan owing up to her mistake, she slanderized me to Dr. Reynolds who put a clause, No former Banner patients to cover for her error. The Director barred me from all the Doctors due to their inefficient staff who are unprofessional and use excuses to exclude patients. They are private so be prepared to cover additional costs. They don’t live up to their motto, Every Brain Matters. Read their reviews. 2 Stars does not cut t... read more

The doctor I've been seeing has been great. But I was sent a referral for a different specialist through my neurologist. The one they referred me to wasn't accepting new patients. I was told I had to call to get the name of someone accepting new patients and call it back to them. I'm pretty sure they have a referral department, and that is what they get paid to do. I've also been trying to contact someone in billing for about two weeks now to ask about a Co-pay for my botox injections, I've left several messages and still ha... read more

By being more patient centered and less profit driven. Dr. Adam Reynolds is more concerned with getting in and out of a scheduled appointment, than making sure his patients are clear and satisfied with his explanations. Not once did he ask if we had any questions and even acted annoyed or put off when we did have questions to ask. I would strongly suggest anyone think twice before choosing to go to the Center for Neurosciences.
