They only allow one family member per patient in the room. My father and I both wanted to be present for my mother’s appointment. They should make this policy known more than posting it on the door for us to waste our time coming down here. The patient should decide who comes into the room. Also, they were playing trashy Univision Soap Operas in the waiting area so loudly that I couldn’t even think. Really unprofessional. My mother was a little shocked to see a dead body in a freezer on that trashy soap opera.
