Charges you $200 if you miss an appointment, waaaaay too much for when things just pop up and you can’t make the appointment.
Canceled 2 appointments last minute and very difficult to contact. I’ll seek another provider.
The providers here are wonderful but who ever is in charge of sending out accommodation letters is taking a very long time. Dr. S already said she finished it and yet I don’t have it nor does my university. I’ve tried texting and they still haven’t. I’ve been trying to get accommodations for about one month now. It’s getting ridiculous. Edit:I received word that the accommodation letter was sent! My university accepted it. Thank you to everyone at the office that helped me!
