Absolutely don't go here if you want your mental health teams full attention. They over staff themselves to the point they have no availability for services. The therapists just continue to ask repeated questions and don't give ways to cope or deal with situations. I wasn't even allowed to miss psychiatrist appointments when I was sick. And apparently its my fault they didnt meet their quotas, i had no idea i had to help them fill that. Their services (or lack therof) is completely ridiculous. Front desk lady is very rude and the therapists aren’t very good
Saved my life, I dont know what I would do without them. They work with veterans through the VA. The best programs, better than the VA. The staff really cares about people. They help with housing, food, veterans needs, mental health medications delivered to your door, advocate for you, sit with you and so much more. I do not know why all the negative reviews? Pact Team gives sub-par support to clients, and is invasive in the private lives of others living in the same space but not a client. Constant turnover. Would give zero stars if possible
