I have had excellent caring service. The only problems I have had are the patient portal and contacting the office for help, though that issue has improved lately with timely return calls. I am very happy with the service. It is not covered by my current insurance so I self pay because I am so pleased with my care.
It's very difficult to find providers in my insurance network. I've never had such a poor response to treatment. Doctor starts on a very conservative dose, and will not adjust until you have taken it for 6 weeks. Most doctors I have had it's only 2-3 weeks. It's been 8 months, and I barely feel any change whatsoever. I've lost hope, and am looking for other options now. Please get help elsewhere if your are able-that's what I am trying to do.
