The receptionist was so unprofessional when I called. She acted like asking how far out they were scheduling was a bizarre question, then gave me all sorts of tone when I told her "thank you." I won't be booking here.
Jaqueline at the front desk needs a class on manners. Everyone else was lovely. Jaqueline was the fist person I saw at the office, it was like pulling teeth to get a simple please or thank you. Again, everyone else was lovely. Please send her to a class on how to be professional. I’ve worked in healthcare for 25 years…not okay and rude.
