Worst place ever, they never return calls, don't pick calls on time. I have called them for almost one month now for my DNA test result and I need it urgently, I will soon run out of time given to me to submit the result. They keep telling me call today call tomorrow, on Monday they told me call on Thursday being today now their phone isn't connecting. I am confused now.
They kept my money,my blood stain card from my deceased & I didNOT GET MY RESULTS SINCE O4/28/2017.... thieves!!!!!! Octivia was the nurse

I went in to get my first trimester screenings and gender results in December 2016 and set everything up so that I paid out of pocket as this was a test my insurance did not cover. They overcharged me and I have been trying to get a refund now for over 7 months. The billing person acknowledged that I am due a refund but that it's held up in accounting... I can't ever get through and they won't return my calls. I do not recommend this place.
So I've been reading reviews on the place and was very worried about scheduling with them. However, my experience here did not parallel any of the bad reviews. The scheduling was simple. Once I got in that day for my appointment, I barely had to wait for more than 5-10 minutes before getting called in. My sonographer's name was Denise I believe and she was the sweetest thing ever.
