The waiting time for your appointments are the worst! I have to come here just about every other week to weekly (now) due to being a high-risk pregnancy, and it never fails that I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment and wait for approximately 40 minutes before I’m called. To make matters worse, it definitely sucks to see people come in 30min after you to be called back within 10 minutes or less while you’re still waiting. Then they have the nerve to have my scheduled for a prenatal check up with my OBGYN immediately afte... read more

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Every time I’ve come here, the woman on the far left has been consistently rude with an unwelcoming attitude. Whether it’s I didn’t have my insurance card (she rolled her eyes after asking and didn’t respond when I said I have a digital version or when I used the rest room and she rudely told me I need a full bladder and I couldn’t use the restroom) It’s disheartening, especially in a setting where service is just as important as the product or experience b... read more

I have come here for both of my high risk pregnancies; I have always felt heard here and they have picked up on urgent issues more than my OB office has. The scheduling team, sonographers, doctors and most importantly the nurses (specifically Kathleen) have been compassionate and caring throughout my pregnancy. I will always highly recommend coming here for monitoring.

The scans were uncomfortable, but not painful. They were very informative. My husband and I both left feeling very impressed and happy about our scans. Angel was willing to answer all questions in a informative manner that we both understood for any future scans. She encouraged us to continue asking questions and had amazing charisma toward both myse... read more

This place is racist, I am a young mom who went there for my anatomy scan. They took me back for my appointment 30 minutes late and when I got in the room I was already overstimulated and stressed about something completely different but I kept my responses polite to the staff. As I’m getting my scan done I feel myself getting overstimulated even more by the ultrasound probe touching me and I politely tell the lady that I may have to return a different day to complete my scan because I am having a bad day and I’m overstimula... read more
