Once again experiencing scheduling issues. Somebody from their office is supposed to contact me but never does, called them today and was told I could not be scheduled because she is with patients and she was all alone. Seriously???? Scheduling an appointment takes no time at all. I doubt anyone will call me today.
Every moment of this experience has been horrific. Our doctor laughingly warned us they weren’t the best schedulers, but referred them anyways. Communication is horrible, if my wife didn’t call them, they would’ve just not seen us. More insult to injury, she had to call again to confirm and nope. They still messed up. Scheduling is an absolute joke. Zero regard for your time at all. Be prepared to wait 80% of the visit, answer regurgitated questions or just be very direct from the moment you get there. Already off to a bad start here. They wouldn't let me schedule my 20 week anatomy scam even though my OB gave me a referral.... said I have to wait for their provider to review my referral and then they will call me to schedule? I've never heard of this before..... do these people realize that we have to schedule these appointments off with our jobs?
This place is a perfect example of why maternal death rates in the US is increasing. They refused to listen to me and acknowledge my concerns when I brought them up. They would call me at 8am on Saturday mornings with “friendly reminder” calls. Very unprofessional. I was 7 months pregnant trying to sleep! During my appointments, instead of providing me actual medical advice they said stuff like “it’s all about how happy the baby is”.
