this place is a disgusting disgrace, I called to schedule my appointment and the lady in the scheduling department refused to schedule my appointment along with giving me an attitude and then hung up on me so when i called back trying to see what the deal was the same lady hung up again so i called and talked to some1 hiring up who acted even worse i wish i could say this isnt to norm for clm but it is
The fall from grace of CLM needs to be studied. These days they can't even fill out paperwork correctly or in a timely manner. So if your disability claim, return note, etc. is time sensitive you better start planning your appeals. Plural, because they'll drop the ball EVERY time. CLM puts profits over people and while patients face homelessness their provider's on holiday with no suitable coverage. Awful.
Very pleased with services I have been receiving. People I have met with are God sent, they listened to me and provided advice. They are very thorough, involved, and given helpful resources. Acute care has prevented me from being hospitalized which I am very grateful for.
