Horrible place my son got bounced around 3 times to 3 different therapists all 25 year old kids with absolutely no experience with kids none of their own and overnight degrees.then the last one he did have turned around and made false assumptions without even getting the whole story. instead made false accusations.very poor place all kids thinking they got what it takes they don't know their ass from their elbow.especially mallen.
sucks more than the reason to go there. You wanna add to your C-PTSD, go right ahead. They will fuck you over, AND come up with excuse as to why your the-rapist did what they did. Mine basically gave me her license, THEN GHOSTED ME! THERE ISN'T ANYTHING ONLINE THAT DEALS WITH THAT. And, EVERY therapist I spoke with, (that doesn't work there), told me to sue my original therapist for malpractice. This place gets one star because, to leave a review, you have to give them a star. Horrible. Was a patient there for years. Left because I moved away. Moved back to the area and contacted intake to become a patient again. That was 10 days ago. They have not called me back. Great customer service. Go elsewhere. If they can’t be bothered with me, I can’t be bothered with them.
Extremely poor communications with patients, Medicare, pharmacy's and other doctors. "Filtered phone system" always funnels patient calls to voice mail. Customer Service can be the worst experienced, rude and condescending with no positive result dependent upon who makes call-back contact. Not recommended. 0-zero rating.
