I had the privilege of beginning my Social Work career under the mentorship and supervision of Tameka Ruffin, and I can honestly say she set the foundation for the therapist I’ve become. Tameka genuinely pours into those around her with wisdom, compassion, and authenticity. She’s not only an incredible therapist but also a dear friend and lifelong inspiration. The Center for Intuitive Healing truly reflects her heart and the safe, transformative space she creates for everyone she works with.
Took a sound bath for my first experience at the center. It was a truly amazing experience. I couldn’t recommend it more!
Initially, I thought the sessions were progressing positively. However, regrettably, they worsened my trauma. I didn’t need your permission to leave, so I didn’t abandon the process before you released me since you don’t have that kind of authority. I chose to leave because I have the right to do so. Please don’t blame me for your inability to understand the trauma I’ve endured or be a compassionate listener. Trauma is complex, so not everyone can address it effectively. Our therapeutic relationship simply didn’t work.
wonderful experience with reiki!
The reiki was amazing! She was spot on with her insights that she had after the session about me. It was very relaxing. I felt like energy definitely shifted. I could start to have visions, and my intuition was heightened during the session knowing what the next steps was that I needed to do. I highly recommend.
