Monday ,I saw a nurse practitioner, & pharmacy isn't filling my meds, they said they reached back out monday to tell her they need something else from her its Wednesday, im in excruciating pain can barely walk& without meds still waiting on this office but walk up to the windows & show a small $15 balance & they let you know no pay bill no service. I think its time for a change.
I don’t like how they don’t tell you that you’re scheduled with a doctor or pa. My first time going there was longer than expected, I had to work and they took other appointments over me. Being a new patient shouldn’t stop from check in and being seen. I’ll go back for my follow up. They don’t do opioids for your first visit. I just feel pa doesn’t know everything a doctor does nor knows how to keep the appointment fast and short. If they were faster then I would’ve gave 5 stars. I love Dr. Antony as well as Nurse Practitioner Sierra. I also love their wonderful staff who have been meeting my needs for the better part of 15 years or more!
