They are very nice and understanding and helpful
All employees are very personable. Providers listen carefully and always treat you with humor and respect. Their goal is to give you suggestions, medications, injections to help you deal with your pain.
I am shocked as to how demeaning, disrespectful, offensive and honestly abusive Mccann and his receptionist were towards my elderly mother, and myself who was there as a caregiver. If that's how you feel about people, why would you have a career in medicine. This was all because she was according then 15 minutes late, (she was told 2:45 but they had it set as 2:30) She was unable to complete the paperwork on the phone, and those two things seemed to anger the receptionist, who had a poor attitude.
