I am shocked as to how demeaning, disrespectful, offensive and honestly abusive Mccann and his receptionist were towards my elderly mother, and myself who was there as a caregiver. If that's how you feel about people, why would you have a career in medicine. This was all because she was according then 15 minutes late, (she was told 2:45 but they had it set as 2:30) She was unable to complete the paperwork on the phone, and those two things seemed to anger the receptionist, who had a poor attitude.
