Jenna is amazing. She is there for me like no other clinician has been. She should be the model of a healthcare provider. I have been seeing her for almost four years and she saved my life! I've been seeing Jenna for several years. She completely understanding and compassionate. I agree with others regarding the FRUSTRATING CALL CENTER, really bad. Despite that issue, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
If i could give less than one star, I would! AVOID THIS PLACE!! They are incompetent and a complete waste of your time. I made an appt and filled out paperwork on line only to have to redo it at the office because they said I filled it out "too early" which was only weeks before my appt. Then after an hour of jumping thru hoops and finally get into the room to see someone, they tell me nobody is available today to give me the shot I requested. I demanded my money back and walked out. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I’ve been here three times and saw three different doctors. Overall, they seemed very casual and dismissive of my issues (knee and elbow). Two of them barely examined or even looked at me. I made an emergency appointment because my tendinitis flared up, and Dr. Matz said, “It just happened, so see if it gets better on its own. If not, come back in.” Absolute waste of time. I was supposed to get an MRI for my knee; the hospital had to cancel twice because the prescribing doctor (Matz) wouldn’t give them a confirmation code. T... read more
