Premier now has a call center. I was on the phone for 41 minutes with a lady in Houston who couldn’t find my insurance carrier so 41 minutes was a waste of time. I never got an appointment for the Chadds Ford location. Very frustrating to say the least
They wont return calls and dont reply to their website contact form.
I love this place, in pain for over 10 years and they fixed me..
This is probably the worst Dr's office that I've ever been to. First of all, when I was checking in the receptionist gave me an attitude because I didn't have the new patient paperwork with me. I told her that I didn't have access to a printer which is why I was there 20 minutes early like I was told when I scheduled my appointment. She then proceeded to give me my paperwork along with a cup to do a urine test. I was cool with that, but was not given any direction on where to go or what to do with it.
