Since this business refuses to answer the phone, I’m sitting in their parking lot after having driven here for one hour under false pretenses. I now have to drive home after waiting for this appointment for two months and have no idea what to do to fix the problem they would not discuss for two months. I drove four hours from Naples to speak with the doctor about my dry mouth and potential Sjogrens. I talked to her for a max of like 5 minutes. No tests done whatsoever. She tells me to drink more water. Went to get a biopsy per my rheumatologist, and boom, positive for Sjogrens. Just go to an oral surgeon or ENT, don’t waste time nor money. The office isn’t in a good part of town anyway.
This Dr truly helped me. From the beginning, she answered all my initial questions on the phone. She was fully transparent about the total cost of treatment and even broke it down for me before scheduling a consultation. Something that every other office with a “tmj specialist” I called could not give me a total cost. With other offices I spoke to receptionist who gave me a vague explanation about treatment, while the Dr here walked me through the different options & entire timeline of treatment.
