Most of the staff really helped during passing of my gma. I will say their grief counseling they offer is a joke. You will end up playing phone tag with them, they will put it in their notes couldn't get a hold of them. So be prepared to be on your own with this . They do not help with the grieving process. I sincerely was hoping they would and like so many other " therapists " let me down. And of course you cant call 988 just to talk . On your own, with dealing with a loves one death is a different hell.. thanks for that..
The entire journey was so caring and attentive. ! The staff treats you like you are their only patient. My husband was only there one day before he passed but they did everything to make it a smooth transition.
