I would give the Center for Hearing a 5 Star rating. All folks there are super. Very friendly, helpful and came highly recommended by my ENT. They did my hearing tests then worked with me to choose my hearing aids. Then spent all the time necessary to teach me all I needed to know abt the new additions to my life. Wouldn't deal with anyone else.
I am on my second round of antibiotics for bilaterally infected ears. My hearing has been distorted, severely muffled, for two weeks. Since my jobs required hearing, I called our area ENT office and expressed my concern over the sudden loss of hearing and needed to schedule an appt. I was told I couldn't get in with an audiologist until November 14th. That appt would be 8 weeks out. Been using Center for Hearing for over 10 years. Love them! Fantastic manners, assistance and will do anything they can to get hearing aids for those that need it. Trace Cash is the best! If you read this Trace, remember you are a doctor of the auditory system within the neurological and physiological components of the brain and auditory systems. That makes you a brain doctor. 😁
They are ALL Amazing people. Dr. Cash and ALL of the Staff made me feel very welcome, and they are very knowledgeable of their products. You get FREE, LIFETIME batteries for your Hearing Aids. So you do NOT have to buy any EVER. I would HIGHLY recommend them over anyone else in Fort Smith. I say that because I have been two others in Fort Smith.
I can't say enough positives about Lori Boyd and Center For Hearing. Very helpful in working go get me into my hearing aides. I have ready recommended them twice.
