Doctor Ian had me undergo multiple heart-related tests and then wasn't there on the followup visit to explain the results. Replacement person was completely unfamiliar with my files. This office is also doing nothing to address the severe arm pain that I am having. My health has only gone downhill since I started going to this office.
Recommend absolutely loved hygienist and dentist super nice and made me feel comfortable.
I was only there for 30 minutes, since I was new I had to fill out a new patient paper and it only took 2 minutes to draw my blood, in and out.
Was fine with this office until I started seeing Ian . Seen him twice and the second time he treats me like I’m a problem instead of listening and then I get a letter in the mail saying I can’t be seen anymore call the office and was told he’s going to treat me how he wants to. How incredibly sad. I don’t recommend seeing Ian at all. The lack of communication is insane . Gala is great that’s all. What a tasted trip to the doctor all for nothing .
