I’ve been getting the run around since December 2024. I was told yesterday (5/5/2025) that my paperwork is “in the back, in the tray” and they don't know when it will be processed. I called to speak with someone different and no-one answered. I sat on hold for 40 minutes. Ridiculous!
The center sent me a birth certificate which I paid for. When I opened because I needed it immediately it was stuck and most of the info was torn. They refused to reissue me another one. Said I needed to order another and PAY again. All this after I had called at least 8 times. If I could give a 0 star I would. I plan on filing an official complaint.
No one can answer the phone can someone pick that phone up!?! HELLO
Called ahead of time to see what I needed to get my birth certificate changed . Told them My patents were from another country and they told me to get their certificates . Did that and took the stuff down there . Soon as I got there told me I had to get the certificates translated. Called South East Spanish and they translated it for me . Then told me it had to stamped and sealed the new translation sheet so I had to get it mailed from the translator .
