This place treats you like you are a child when you’re 40 and pregnant with your third child. While my Dr herself isn’t the issue the very rude social worker started yelling at me in the hall and Made me cry, and then this nurse today was also weird. BEWARE: The PCPs only care about their reviews, they don’t respond to messages, they cancel appointments that were scheduled out months last minute and then remove themself from being your PCP because ultimately it is hard to be a doctor and CARE when the patient is pointing out clear discrepancies, improper lab results and lapse of communication in for months when the messages say they return in a certain amount of days… I wasn’t responded to AT ALL from a provider and then called the complaint line saying all I wanted was ... read more
I was very happy with the service that I received!
I seen Kimberly today, I’ve never felt so unheard or unseen I felt like I was judge for being there and made me feel like I was dumb in a way. I’m there because I have questions and want to understand why my body is doing what. I don’t even remember the information she handed to me because I was so angry. I should never have to feel like I am in the way of them and I did today. Very upset with my first time seeing her!
Honestly wish I never got my pregnancy care here. I moved to Toledo shortly after finding out I was pregnant. Everything felt so cold and not personal at all. I wasn’t given the opportunity to see a single ob to keep my care in the hands of one person and get to know them. I don’t even know who’s about to deliver my baby and it’s the scariest thing ever.
