Concerned b/c we prepaid for sessions, quite a while ago now, but every time I’ve called to get a new appt I get nothing back. The first few sessions were decent but alarming that I cannot get ahold of Kelly now.

No showed for an appt. Promised me a free session but reneged on her offer then asked for payment. I wanted to get another session with her but said she was too busy. Unreliable and unethical. I don’t recommend.

If you are looking for couple's therapy, keep looking. Kelly is not the person for you. She was very unprofessional, she took sides and often seemed like she was purposely pitting my husband and I against each other. My marriage got worse in the weeks following our sessions with her. Luckily we found a more qualified person to deal with our problems. It's been three years now and we are still working to repair the damage done by her sessions. I sought out Kelly for career counseling as I had felt I was in the wrong profession for years. I spent hundreds of dollars on four sessions. Kelly repeatedly told me to get a job at a store such as hobby lobby over and over, and I still to this day do not understand why. I also repeatedly explained I could not afford to live off of that pay at this point in time. Extremely unprofessional and rude. I was told my relationships were, "****ing weird" during one session. My marriage got worse in the weeks that followed our sessions here. After finding a new therapist we couldn't be happier with the results. Good luck.
