I have taken every class on their schedule with every instructor they have and I've benefited mentally, physically and spiritually beyond my highest hopes. The experienced, dedicated, caring women who teach at the center for healing offer safe and effective instruction for people at all levels. I call them my magical yoga witches because I undergo a magical transformation in each and every class. This place is special and I'm so grateful to have found it.
Best yoga ever! Safe and therapeutic with great directions and handy props if needed. My muscles have never been better.
