Dr Belczyk has a wonderful bedside manner and he spent a lot of time listening to me and his staff, Geraldine, was extremely courteous and thorough. I highly recommend this practice for your podiatrist care!
It’s sad to experience very Rude receptionist on the phone - I will not go here. It starts with the tone of voice and treatment over the phone as a first time caller.
Doctor has an amazing chair side manor. Has been great with my husband. And a special thank you to Dr. Abdemalek, Dr. Belczyk and their staff before being so attentive AND for working Saturdays to help accommodate their patients busy schedules.
Once we got done playing phone tag. I made the appointment. Came in, filled out a few new patient forms and went back. No long waiting which is always good. Dr. Joseph Abdelmalak at the Northridge location was my doctor. He was very thorough answering my questions and went over all of my options. Even checking out a few of my other concerns.
