Made my appointment on Monday for next week. Today is Thursday and when I made my appointment I mentioned that I would call back if the appointment did not fit my family by the end of the week, was told that it would be okay. After calling today to cancel the lady on the phone was rude and said I would be put on a 90 day hold for missing my appointment.
