It took 2 months for me to start after intake which was frustrating when trying to better myself. But once I was assigned a counselor everything was great! My counselor Nicole was awesome. She was supportive and went above and beyond for me!!! So thank you Nicole!!!
Would leave 0 stars if possible. Do not come here ESPECIALLY if required by court and have a timeline. Everyone here drags their feet. I reached out on Aug 7th to make an appointment and was given the run around about how someone will call me back in 24 hrs to schedule the appointment. No call back so I called back on the 13th to try again. Was at the gateway program and it was time to leave on my own instead I was kicked out for having a difference of opinion w one of the social workers,time to move on,oh well,they treat the clients like kids not adults anyway,they replied to the post and I called and left messages with my cell number and nothing,real professional,before I was kicked out(they called it discharged) I repeatedly asked for outpatient services and they lied about it even my social worker said the same thing they don't have any available at the mom... read more
