I've been trying to get a prescription through them since April. In May my insurance changed and I informed them of this. All summer I've been going to appointments and being told someone was working on authorization for my script, but I continued to not get it. Today I went to my appointment and was barred from entering because they said they don't take my insurance, and that I in fact never informed them that my insurance changed. Incompetent on every level. Thank you for wasting six months of my time.
RecommendedI can't say enough good things about the doctors, PA, NP, nurses and office staff here! (Can't leave out the dogs!) Quite frankly their level of care and concern was life saving. Compassionate, concerned and cordial care is what you will find here. Amy you rock! She is top notch.
