Horrible wait times
Waste of my time and energy. Useless and unprofessional staff. Don't go to this location if you can avoid it.
Told us to come back at 5pm, condescendingly. Essentially Staff turned us for medical care. Seaview IP HMO that’s been down over a month. Nobody is able to contact and verify primary at the moment. Going to west Ventura for Seaview IPA HMO where they accepted us over the phone since we put insurance information. I guess this location is just too busy to be up to date on their medical practice and understanding.
Dr. Hatch is the most unprofessional and condescending doctor I've ever been to. I came for a consult for ADHD medication. I was diagnosed by a different center after multiple days of testing (probably 12 hours) and have a full written report of my diagnosis. Dr. Hatch questioned how I could "think" I have ADHD and relentless pummeled me with insulting questions, including asking about my period and saying my family probably "walks on eggshells around me."
