They send text messages to patients offering them appointments that are sooner than what they were originally scheduled for, and they don't even give you time to respond before giving the appointment to someone else. This is EXTREMELY unprofessional. This is not the first time I have had issues with this health care system. I get that with technology there are changes, but seriously, when it comes to possibly changing appointments CALL PEOPLE INSTEAD OF TEXTING THEM!!! IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK???
RecommendedStaff was pleasant and helpful. Seems to be a well run location. Doctors are well versed and helpful. Let's not forget doctors offices can have situations that mean you have to wait it happens it's a reality.
Not sure what appointments are for since I still waited a long time after my initial "appointment." Luckily my sons illness wasn't serious
