Hands down one of the best and kindest Doctor ever! Dr. Wang always takes his time with me, making sure I understand what is going on or what are my treatment options. He always includes me in the decision making in my treatment plan. He greats you with a genuine smile. Dr. Tony Wang is the best
My appointment was scheduled for 3:30 PM, and as I'm writing this review, it's already 4:45 PM and I still haven't been seen. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. A simple courtesy update would go a long way. Many patients take time off work for their appointments, and delays like this can make it impossible to return to work as planned. Respecting your patients' time is just as important as providing quality care.
I arrived twenty minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment time, as instructed. I was not taken back to an exam room until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, meaning 50 minutes in the waiting room, then sat in the exam room for an additional 45 minutes. The room was small and hot, so I opened the door to get some air while I waited. When the nurse practitioner finally came in she offered no words of concern for my wait.
