My experience with Center for Family Guidance has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I was charged for a missed appointment, which I attempted to formally dispute, but I never received any response. Despite multiple phone calls, messages on their portal, and even sending a written letter, no one ever returned my calls or acknowledged my dispute/grievance. Unprofessional
While my therapist is nice- they need to work on their medication management l. This is the third time in 5 months that the person who handles their refills has been out sick or covering another persons jobs With no coverage to handle refills even with 5 days notice. Update- They have gotten much better with their medication management protocol.
BEWARE IF YOU’RE SEEKING HELP WITH YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, THIS IS A BAD PLACE. REST ASSURED THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. THEY WILL FRUSTRATE YOU AND CAUSE YOU PAIN .I was referred to this company by my personal insurance company. I’ve written them a letter to know that they do not answer their telephones. There’s nobody there and they’re not really interested in doing business . It has now been over a week since I did a new patient intake form and no one has bothered to reach out to make an appointment. I called but "longer then anticipated wait times" so then I emailed them... still nothing.
