We called Dr. Harris' office to set up an appointment for an evaluation and on the phone the receptionist set up the appointment and since Dr. Harris was covered on our insurance plan, she told us to bring a $40 co-pay the day of our appointment. We show up for the appointment and they tell us to pay $450. We told them that the receptionist told us on the phone that we only had to pay our co-pay and that our insurance would be billed.
