So far, Create has helped my kids as well as myself individually. I respect that each therapist has their own unique strengths and abilities when it comes to those they work with. I visit both locations and each one has been friendly and helpful so far. They also offer help for parents, specifically parenting coaching. I spent an entire week trying to make an appointment with this place. I called to inquire and Sherrall collected general information and asked me to send her an insurance card via email and she would call back to make the apt. We discussed an appointment time and she mentioned it would be either next week or the week after. A few days passed, and I didn’t hear anything, so I gave a follow up call.
