Can't imagine a cancellation policy saying you have no right to cancel any appointments without it counting against your kid and being refused to be seen, even with a 84 hour notice.
So far, Create has helped my kids as well as myself individually. I respect that each therapist has their own unique strengths and abilities when it comes to those they work with. I visit both locations and each one has been friendly and helpful so far. They also offer help for parents, specifically parenting coaching.
