Everything Michelle said was biased and skewed and Chris never Introduced himself or acknowledged me as I was sitting in the waiting room after he had his private chitchat with Michelle about my case. True lack of professionalism and never give them any critical feedback, express your opinions, or “rescind” consent of information or they will be butt hurt and say you can never use their services again in the future.
