If I could give 0 stars I would. I called them about a month ago, was told that one of their two doctors would call me to schedule an appointment. Insurance wouldnt cover it so I have to figure out the cost, I said fine. It’ll take 3 weeks for the doctor to call, I said fine. I havent gotten any calls. I called back to check the status, and no one picks up the phone. I left two voicemails over two weeks with no call back from them or the doctors to schedule an appointment that would still be three weeks out from when they ca... read more
I have worked with Melissa at CEC for 5 years, also have worked with Stephanie the staff there are amazing and really do care and listen to what you have to say. Best therapist I've met and I've tried multiple places.
Giving CEC Parsippany a -1 Star review. Everything Michelle said was biased and skewed and Chris never Introduced himself or acknowledged me as I was sitting in the waiting room after he had his private chitchat with Michelle about my case. True lack of professionalism and never give them any critical feedback, express your opinions, or “rescind” consent of information or they will be butt hurt and say you can never use their services again in the future.
