I received three phone calls (the 1st 2calls I was working..the 3rd I answered)prior to my endoscopy to ensure that I would have the full payment amount of $1,452.02 and it needed to be paid prior to surgery. What they DON'T tell you is, even though you're receiving anesthesia at the time you are having your procedure ITS NOT INCLUDED! They bill you separately for the anesthesia $375!
