Super unprofessional, definitely the worst office I’ve been to. Anytime I call it is a total inconvenience to whomever I speak to and no one ever gets back to me. Also Dr.Patel doesn’t seem to know anything about my pump or my guardian 4 sensor paired with it. She told me to change my basal pattern for better blood sugars throughout the day but didn’t believe me when I told her that you can’t do that when wearing a sensor because it regulates itself. Will be finding a new doctor.
Had terrible experience at most recent appointment, office failed to take appropriate labs that were needed. Dr.Asher would not speak to my RD when she called for other insight for my appointment as well as poor bedside manner for an overall emotional situation. Felt dismissed when I came prepped to my appointment with additional information and rushed when discussing solutions for my situation.
I would absolutely not recommend, Dr. Aditi Patel is very condescending and rude. She makes you think you have no knowledge and will laugh as you speak. Favorite quote by her today “I don’t know who told you that” as she chuckled. She is absolutely terrible!
Dr Asher and PA Alva are great. Informative, sincerely concerned for my health and always have my health in mind.
Dr Patel didn't call me with my latest blood work. She only said based on the latest blood work to stop taking the thyroid meds. Prior to her telling me to stop the thyroid meds her nurse told me to keep taking them. When I finally got Dr Patel on the phone she tells me to stop the meds based on me being go nauseous on the meds and my latest labs. She didn't tell me that she basically shut my thyroid down completely. I continued cardiac care for my tachycardia and all of a sudden my BP is dropping. I was then put on Midodrin... read more
