This office is HORRiBLE. Doctors are highly dismissive. No one returns calls. I was extremely sick on meds they prescribed. They waited almost a week to call Zofran into my pharmacy. No call, no messages. Just a message from my pharmacist that a script was called in. I visited them because my thyroid is triggering tachycardia. They just told me to discontinue the meds via their message portal. No call to discuss anything. Isn't it risky to not treat tachycardia? Dr Patel advised to hydrate. I feel like I could have a heart a... read more

Can this place get any worse? They have a blood lab but never any staff available to run it. The front desk staff are rude and unhelpful. There are no nurses on site and the only medical assistant present seems untrained and unable to give clear direction. I’m currently looking for a new endo. If anyone has recommendations, please let me know. Unfortunately, the doctors here seem more focused on pushing prescriptions than offering holistic or personalized care.

Deeply unimpressed with this practice. I was seen by Aditi Patel. I would not recommend her as I found her condescending and not very knowledgeable. She said those are two different things entirely. For a young doctor, this medicine 1.0 thinking was honestly surprising. In my opinion they sounded willing to treat you if you h... read more

Look at the place look at the people. Literally in an abandoned motel parking lot (not kidding). Service is absolutely terrible, close this place down and make sure none of these people ever work in the medical field again..

I have been with various doctors in this practice over 10 years. Lately, it is nearly impossible to get a response. I have an unanswered email from November and an unanswered voicemail for almost a week now. My FIL went through this and never got the treatment he was promised. He unfortunately passed away before anyone got back to him. (Not saying that’s why he passed). Poorly managed communication. I may have to shop around for another practice this is really disappointing.
