Therapy is the best thing as long as you are willing to be really open, own your stuff while you share other stuff! There is so much freedom in doing hard work and being free from owning others stuff! Thank you, for the vocation that each of you chose and may you each have your own Therapist! Very happy with the therapist’s available at this office. Tara as well as the other very qualified, compassionate and calming therapist’s are a wonderful addition to anyone’s personal life for mental health. We have been receiving treatment from Tara for over 6 years now and she has been amazing. We also see Sandy at the office. It’s been great having their guidance in our lives.

Tara is the Therapist every one deserves, and needs. She is very passionate about helping her clients, and will go the extra mile to make sure that you are ok. She is a good listener, with so much compassion, empathy, and kindness. She also is very intelligent with a lot of insightful advice. She also has a good sense of humor I can relate with. Tara has helped me through a lot in the last 2.5 years, I’m beyond thankful to have her as a therapist.
