I would highly recommend avoiding this place due to the extreme lack of professionalism and responsibility. They have an inability to pick up the phone or respect to bother calling back. They make a deal about needing to cancel 48 hours before your appointment yet they cancelled on me hours before mine and rescheduled just to not show up to the appointment or even get back to me to let me know what is happening leaving me with no ability to get my medication and absolutely no insight as to when I could even hope to be seen. ... read more
I have been a patient for a few years now and I love Kendal, she has helped me in my life tremendously. My only complaint is that since the Wilmington office has closed & everything is remote it is extremely hard to get ahold of anyone. It takes forever to get prior authorizations (which I know takes a little bit of time I work in a doctors office) but I feel like it has gotten super unprofessional.
