I absolutely Love Dr Rebecca. She has been so helpful to me in these past years. She actually understands me.
Reaching the office is a nightmare. The staff don’t return calls and prescriptions not promptly addressed. Very dissatisfied.
Zero stars but gave one because it won’t allow you to post otherwise. 🙄 My daughter had her first virtual appointment. It was originally scheduled for an hour. Day of they called to say they’d made a scheduling error and it would only be thirty minutes. We paid in advance as instructed and were told they’d credit the other half to the next appointment.
