Very much a BUSINESS office. Needed a pre surgery evaluation. Money was demanded up front in full when I stated that my yearly co pay was met I was told well if you need this done you will have to pay in full and we will get you a refund!!! (Never happened) Fast forward 3 weeks my surgery center had not received the report so I called and was told I would have to fax the form in with a cover letter and it would be taken care of. Terrible place- after a 20-30min brief session of asking questions straight off a questionnaire and then sending me off with a medicine, great! I try it and give them a call back bc I had an allergic reaction (sweating, facial changes, dizzy, couldn’t speak) and she told me to try again but take it in the morning. I was on the verge of going to the hospital bc of Effexor. beware!
I've been going to CEH for over a year now even after switching insurance plans and having to pay out of network for the time being. The previous place I went to for 3 years knew me far less than CEH has gotten to know me as a patient. Feels like I am finally heard.
