Very nice and able to answer questions fast
I just wanted to say that this is the only office I have visited regarding mental health that actually takes the time to make sure you have everything you need done before your appointment and takes care of you from the minute you walk in to the time you leave. The staff here is amazing and very friendly. In regards to the last post, no one named Jess works at this location so I’m not sure about what happened with that. If I could give these people ZERO stars I absolutely would. I had an appointment today may 19, 2023 at 130 pm EST with Cindy for medications, I am out I needed a new dr so I went to them. Biggest mistake. I get a call at 101 pm est to tell me they never got my new patient intake paper work. I then TRIED to explain to JESS that I filled the paperwork out on the website, and I EMAILED my photo ID and my insurance card to them, I have the email doing so.
